TERMS & CONDITIONS — SpeechMAMA®

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of products, coaching, membership, digital downloads, and all Services provided by SpeechMAMA®. By purchasing or accessing any Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. Educational Purpose Only — Not Therapy

SpeechMAMA® provides general education and parent coaching.

It does NOT provide:

Speech therapy

Evaluation

Diagnosis

Treatment

Medical advice

Telepractice

Purchasing or participating does NOT create a therapist–client relationship with Lacie Robichaux, M.S., CCC-SLP.

2. Across-State Participation

Because SpeechMAMA® is not therapy, parents from any U.S. state or country may enroll.

Your participation does not establish professional clinical services in your state of residence.

3. Parent Responsibilities

By participating, parents agree that:

They are responsible for implementing strategies

They will seek evaluation from a licensed professional when needed

They understand that results vary

SpeechMAMA® is not liable for outcomes

4. Intellectual Property & Use of Content

All content — including videos, PDFs, coaching materials, workbooks, scripts, emails, Voxer messages, and digital products — is the property of SpeechMAMA®.

You may NOT:

Share

Copy

Distribute

Reproduce

Resell

Upload

Post publicly

Give access to others

Doing so may result in removal without refund.

5. Payments & Billing

By enrolling, you agree to:

Pay the full listed price

Allow recurring billing for memberships

Maintain updated payment information

Understand that access pauses if payment fails

6. No Refund Policy

ALL purchases — courses, memberships, digital products, coaching — are non-refundable.

You agree to this at checkout.

7. Cancellation

You may cancel a recurring membership at any time.

Access ends immediately upon cancellation or failed payment.

Past payments are not refundable.

8. No Guarantees or Promises of Results

You understand that:

Every child is different

Outcomes depend on many factors

SpeechMAMA® does NOT guarantee improvement

Examples or testimonials are not promises.

9. Limited Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, SpeechMAMA® is not liable for:

Outcomes of implementing strategies

Injuries

Misunderstandings

Use or misuse of content

Losses of any kind

Parents participate at their own discretion.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
